Job Description

Manufacturers of packaging materials for automotive parts, electrical appliances, and furniture.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, plan, and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve company revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  2. Manage, maintain, and expand the customer base, with a primary focus on industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with both domestic and international clients conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close sales effectively.
  4. Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team by setting clear targets, tracking performance, and developing team capabilities.
  5. Analyze market trends, industry developments, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify new business opportunities and propose appropriate sales strategies.
  6. Coordinate closely with production, engineering, and related departments to ensure products and services are delivered in accordance with customer requirements and agreed timelines.
  7. Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and analytical summaries for senior management review and strategic decision-making.
  8. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  9. Leverage existing industry networks and client relationships to generate new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.

Requirements:

  1. Age 25 years or above.
  2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Sales / Manufacturing Sales (factory components, machinery, raw materials, OEM, B2B solutions).
  4. Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team is highly preferred.
  5. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, spoken and written.
  6. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  7. Ability to travel to meet clients and work off-site when required.
  8. Existing customer base within the industrial/manufacturing sector is strongly preferred.
  9. Strong leadership, proactive mindset, and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  10. Good understanding of factory operations and manufacturing processes.
  11. Experience selling industrial products such as machinery, factory components, raw materials, OEM, or B2B solutions.
