Sales Manager (Beauty industry)

Job Description & Requirements

• Working Hours: Monday-Friday 11am-8pm, Weekend and Public Holiday 10am-7pm
• Location: IMM and Bedok
• 8 days off per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the shop opens and closes on time and runs smoothly throughout the day.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals and increase revenue.
• Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management review

Education and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Beauty Industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to speaks mandarin would be an added advantage
