Job Purpose
Lead Nothings commercial growth in the Philippines by building a strong distribution network,
expanding retail and e-commerce presence, and driving sales performance across channels.
This role is pivotal in strengthening Nothings brand visibility and ensuring our products reach
Taiwan consumers in the most effective and engaging ways.
Essential ResponsibilitiesChannel Strategy & Management
- Maintain relationships with existing partners.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key national retailers.
- Ensure operational excellence and performance across both offline and online channels.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement channel optimization strategies to improve sell-in and sell-through.
Sales Channel Expansion
- Scout and develop new sales channels, including modern trade, lifestyle retail, and telco operator partnerships.
- Negotiate and secure placement in premium lifestyle and tech retail outlets to build brand presence.
- Continuously assess market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies to unlock new growth areas.
Sales Target Achievement
- Take full accountability for achieving sales revenue and sell-through targets for the Taiwan market.
- Design and execute data-driven sales strategies that deliver growth and profitability.
- Provide transparent reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership on progress against KPIs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Market Insights
- Partner with Marketing to deliver channel-specific campaigns that drive awareness and conversion.
- Share regular insights on consumer behavior, price positioning, and competitive activities to inform global and regional strategy.
- Support product launches with sell-in pitches, sell-out activations, and retail training programs.
Additional Responsibilities
- Represent Nothing at trade shows, partner meetings, and industry events in the Taiwan.
- Develop and mentor potential future team members as the market grows.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher with 5+ years proven success in channel sales or business development.
- Strong network and established relationships with major Taiwan retailers, distributors, and e-commerce players.
- Experience working with telco operators or consumer electronics brands is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of channel marketing, channel incentives, and retail execution in the Taiwan.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-growing, challenger brand environment.
- Fluent in English and other local dialects are a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate market data into business strategies.
