The Sales Executive position will help Palfinger Taiwan drive business growth through market analysis, product launches, regulatory coordination, and client engagement.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities for Palfinger products.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to evaluate product potential and positioning.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to successfully launch new products into the market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product strategies, pricing, and go-to-market execution.
  • Coordinate with relevant government agencies and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary documentation, certifications, and product registration approvals.
  • Ensure all products comply with applicable regulatory and statutory requirements before market release.
  • Identify and engage with potential customers, partners, and distributors to promote company products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Follow up on leads and support business development activities.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on market insights and business development activities.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data interpretation.
  • Experience working with regulatory bodies or handling product approvals is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
