Responsibilities
- Develop and manage business relationships with clients in the semiconductor and electronics ecosystem.
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively expand the customer pipeline in Taiwan.
- Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, solution proposal, commercial negotiation, contract closing, and post-sales account management.
- Work closely with technical teams to understand product capabilities and translate customer needs into feasible solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide strategic insights for business development.
- Represent the company in business meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and client visits across Taiwan.
- Other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within semiconductor, electronics, or related technical industries.
- Fluent in English communication.
- Understanding of the semiconductor or electronics ecosystem (products, supply chain, business models).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with cross-cultural stakeholders.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Currently based in Taiwan.
