We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative or Sales Trainee to join the team and contribute to impactful healthcare solutions through customer engagement, technical support, and market development.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Visit hospitals and healthcare professionals regularly to promote products and services, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Market Development: Support the planning and execution of strategies to grow market share for both existing and new products.
• Technical Support: Provide hands-on product training and clinical support to healthcare professionals in the field.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with hospital management, purchasing departments, and clinical staff.
• Project Coordination: Participate in cross-functional initiatives and attend industry events to represent the company and its values.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform sales strategies and business decisions.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome prior experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals is a plus
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow
