Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our client portfolio and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating new leads, managing client relationships, and supporting sales initiatives to enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales hunter. Self-starter.
  • Strong communication, coordination and collaboration internally and externally.
  • Experience in freight forwarding and passion to build new businesses and present solution to customers.
  • Client Engagement & Travel: Conduct customer visits and travel as needed (hybrid role) to foster relationships, expand existing accounts, and develop new revenue streams.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an up-to-date CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities, target lists, and regional pipelines for the BDS team.
  • Campaign & Project Management: Support sales-specific campaigns and initiatives to drive business growth and market penetration.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales and marketing reports as required for PSA BDP BDS leadership, regional management, and country teams.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned to support business objectives.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales support, telemarketing, or a related role within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM systems, and quoting tools.
  • Location: Based in Taipei City, Taiwan.
