Glory Food Products is a Singapore food manufacturer with established brands in kaya, condiments and festive products. We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Sales Executive to manage retail accounts, support seasonal sales programme and develop new business opportunities in the foodservice and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Retail Account Management & Seasonal Projects
- Manage existing retail and supermarket accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with store managers and team leaders
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product placement, stock levels and sales performance
- Support planning and execution of Chinese New Year festive sales programmes
- Discuss display locations, bay allocation and merchandising opportunities with retail outlets
- Coordinate stock replenishment, display setup and promotional activities with logistics and operations teams
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure smooth execution of seasonal sales campaigns
- Coordinate seasonal product launches and festive promotions
Business Development
- Identify and develop new customers for coconut cream, coconut milk, liquid egg products, non-dairy whipping cream and other foodservice and food ingredient products
- Visit bakeries, cafes, restaurants, caterers, distributors and food manufacturers to introduce company products
- Follow up on customer enquiries and sales opportunities
- Prepare quotations and conduct product presentations
- Coordinate product trials and customer requirements
- Build long-term relationships with customers and distributors
Requirements
- Experience in FMCG, foodservice, retail or food manufacturing industry will be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable travelling across Singapore for customer and retail outlet visits
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Remuneration
- Basic Salary: $3,500 - $4,500
- Performance Incentive Scheme includes new customer acquisition incentive, sales growth incentive & Chinese New Year project performance bonus
