Role Description
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to join our team in Taiwan for EightD by FITS Cargo as a hybrid physical-virtual cargo carrier, delivering efficient and seamless global transportation solutions. As an IATA-designated airline with extensive interline partnerships and a worldwide network of General Sales Agents (GSAs), FITS Cargo ensure dependable delivery across continents. You will be responsible for expanding FITS Cargo's footprint in the Taiwan market, developing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across air cargo services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in airfreight and cross-border cargo solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, shippers, consignees, and industry stakeholders.
Prepare competitive quotations and proposals, ensuring profitability and service excellence.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely and efficient cargo handling.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.
Represent FITS Cargo at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales; Taiwan market experience preferred.
Strong understanding of air cargo operations, documentation, and international shipping processes.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Fluency in English; local languages are an added advantage.
Ability to work independently in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
