Datacolor is actively seeking a talented Sales engineer TCS to join our global workforce.

Position Summary:

The Sales engineer TCS is responsible for achieving sales targets and growing market share within assigned territories by generating leads, managing customer relationships, and executing sales calls and product demonstrations. The position focuses on developing business opportunities in the textile industry, maintaining accurate customer and sales data in Salesforce (CRM), and providing market and competitive insights to management. Close collaboration with Technical Support, Marketing, and Administration is essential to support Datacolor's overall business success. The role requires strong communication skills in Chinese and English, solid industry experience, and flexibility to travel as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

You have:

  • Achieve maximum sales volume consistent with sales targets.
  • Generate sales leads for enhancing market share through routine and focusing sales activities.
  • Plan and carry out sales calls and demonstrations to promote and sell products.
  • Develop and maximize business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Utilize Salesforce (CRM) efficiently to record & manage customer information in compliance with Sales & Marketing Operational Excellence, and KPIs.
  • Provide backup support in marketing & sales through thorough understanding of individual market situation, potential, and requirements.
  • Keep the management informed on matters of specific business interest such as market conditions, competitive situations, product needs, etc.
  • Work closely and efficiently with other departments, including Technical Support, Marketing and Administration, for striving to success of Datacolor.
  • Implement other sales or non-sales activities assigned by superior or management.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Holder of Diploma or Degree in textile technology, science or engineering.
  • Five years of relevant experience in sales & marketing, related to textile industry. Experience in color management systems will be a plus.
  • Fluent Chinese & English, spoken & written communications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and a good team worker.
  • Frequent travelling within Taiwan or to other countries if necessary for business purposes.
