Role Description
• Identify new business prospect in the industry
• Service the customers by supplying them with the updated product information of the Company
• Responsible to discuss with customers on product cost and specifications.
• Liaison with project and production department closely on the order delivery capability and production planning
• To handle and follow up on tenders matters
• Review terms and conditions in contract during quotation and order stage
• To provide quality services to the customers
• Responsible for any other functions as and when required by the Management
• Work with senior management to devise and implement innovative go-to-market strategies.
• Provide on-the-ground support and coordinate training program for sales team.
• Prepare reporting as needed
Requirements
• Preferably worked either in steam boiler or related industry, ideally in after-sales division for at least 2 years.
• Candidate must possess a Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent but preferably from an engineering background.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
