【職位定位 / Position Purpose】
負責 Fluke 工業產品線在台灣市場的業務拓展與通路管理,聚焦重點產業客戶,透過直銷與經銷網絡達成年度營收與利潤目標。
Responsible for business development and channel management of Fluke industrial product lines in Taiwan, focusing on key industrial accounts to achieve annual revenue and profit targets through a mix of direct sales and distribution networks.
【主要職責 / Key Responsibilities】
• 負責重點產業客戶與經銷商開發及管理,制定分層級的客戶覆蓋計畫
Develop and manage key industrial accounts and distributors; establish tiered account coverage plans.
• 維繫關鍵客戶關係,挖掘現有客戶的新需求,拓展交叉銷售與升級銷售商機
Maintain key customer relationships, identify new needs within existing accounts, and drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• 執行年度/季度銷售計畫,確保達成或超額完成業績目標(訂單、營收、產品組合)
Execute annual/quarterly sales plans to achieve or exceed performance targets (orders, revenue, product mix).
• 進行市場與競品分析,掌握產業動態,定期輸出策略報告
Conduct market and competitor analysis (e.g., Keysight, Hioki, Teledyne FLIR), track industry trends, and deliver regular strategic reports.
• 協助產品推廣(技術研討會、展會、DEMO演示),負責報價、投標及商務談判
Support product promotion activities (seminars, exhibitions, DEMOs); handle quotation, bidding, and commercial negotiations.
• 管理訂單、通路庫存與銷售預估(Forecast),提升預測準確率
Manage orders, channel inventory, and sales forecast to improve forecast accuracy.
• 與原廠(Fluke總部/區域)及內部跨部門(市場、技術支援、客服、供應鏈)高效協作
Collaborate effectively with Fluke headquarters/regional teams and internal cross-functional teams (marketing, technical support, customer service, supply chain).
• 定期實地拜訪客戶與經銷通路(頻率 ≥ 50% 工作時間),提升市場覆蓋率與品牌可見度
Conduct regular field visits to customers and distribution channels (≥ 50% of working time) to enhance market coverage and brand visibility.
