【Job Purpose|職務說明】
液態粒子計數器在材料供應鏈中的應用,對於PMS Taiwan的業務成長相當關鍵。
我們正在找一位具備 Business Development 經驗的人,在競爭激烈的環境中,主動去開發機會、把市占拉上來。
另外,未來也有機會配合策略合作夥伴導入 Key Account Management 模式,進一步深化客戶合作,發揮我們的產品與解決方案優勢。
【Key Responsibilities|主要職責】
• 與 Senior Sales Specialist 一起規劃並執行全球策略,達成年度目標與重點產品銷售
• 了解客戶需求,並在整體生產流程中提供污染監測解決方案(Contamination Monitoring Solutions)
• 善用內外部資源,在競爭激烈的市場中拓展市占
• 與 Application、Service 等團隊以及跨區同事合作,串聯商機並交流市場資訊
• 維持客戶關係,並協調相關資源以滿足客戶需求、提升滿意度
• 使用 SFDC / CRM 系統管理商機與預測,確保資料準確、可追蹤
• 支援行銷活動,例如展覽、研討會與工作坊
【Requirements|職務條件】
• 具備積極、不輕易放棄的態度
• 理工相關背景(學士或碩士)
• 至少 3 年以上銷售經驗,有 Business Development 經驗會更加分
• 能獨立推動事情,同時也能與團隊合作
• 具備良好溝通能力,能與 QC / RD / 製程等不同角色互動
• 具備基本英文能力(書寫與口說)
• 可配合出差,具備時間管理能力
• 抗壓性佳,有自我驅動力
【Nice to Have|加分條件】
• 具 Miller Heiman 或相關銷售訓練(SS / CS)
• 有新業務開發或帳戶開發經驗
• 熟悉材料供應鏈或 Micron 市場

The success of our series of liquid particle counters in the material supply chain is crucial to the business growth of PMS Taiwan.
We are seeking a Business Development professional to help capture market share in a highly competitive landscape.
Furthermore, our strategic partner shows potential to adopt a Key Account Management model, enabling close collaboration to pursue mutual benefits through our unique strengths and solutions.
【Key Responsibilities|主要職責】
• Worked with Senior Sales Specialist to plan and execute global strategies to meet annual goals & key product target
• Listen to our customers needs and provide Contamination Monitoring Solutions in whole production process
• Utilize internal and external resources to capture market share in a highly competitive market environment
• Work closely with different departments (Application & Service) and regions to link up potential business opportunities and exchange market information
• Maintain relationships with customers and coordinate relevant resources to meet customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Use SFDC/CRM tools to update pipelines and forecasts to ensure business accuracy and tracking
• Support marketing activities, such as exhibitions, seminars, workshops
【Requirements|職務條件】
• Never Give Up
• Bachelor or Master majoring in Science Related is more preferred
• At least 3 years selling experience, Business Development experience is highly appreciated
• Ability to work independently, but still a good team player
• Excellent communication skills with both customers and colleagues, able to connect easily with people from different fields (QC / RD / process)
• English communicate skill both in written & oral
• Willingness to travel, good time management
• Highly stress-resistant, self-motivated, open-minded
【Nice to Have|加分條件】
• Miller Heiman or similar professional Sales Knowledge (SS/CS)
• New Business / Account Development
• Familiar with Material Supply Chain & Micron market is highly preferred
