Job Description

• Create new accounts and identify new business opportunities in the equipment rental & sales business

• Develop new customers and introduce new applications / solutions for existing customers

• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management

• Ensure the network of current customers is maintained and grown through regular follow-up and relationship building

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, workshop) to ensure timely delivery and service

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual rental & sales revenue targets

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in the CRM system

• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends

• Participate in site visits and customer meetings to understand equipment needs and recommend suitable solutions

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

• No prior sales experience required - we will train and mentor the right candidate

• The candidates without experience are welcome to apply.

• Strong learning attitude and hunger mentality - eager to pick up technical product knowledge and sales skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team

• Willingness to go on site visits and meet customers

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
