[Job Description]
1. Develop New Business Opportunities and Manage Key Accounts
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Japanese and Korean markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while expanding business opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer visits and online meetings to understand customer needs and promote the company's products and solutions.
2. Coordinate Customer Projects and Business Communication
- Organize and coordinate customer meetings, including meeting schedules, agendas, presentation materials, and meeting minutes.
- Act as the primary communication bridge between customers and internal departments, including Sales, R&D, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
- Follow up on customer requirements and ensure timely execution of project milestones.
3. Demand Planning and Order Fulfillment
- Collect and analyze customer forecasts and demand plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams to incorporate customer forecasts into production planning.
- Monitor production schedules, inventory status, and shipment plans to ensure on-time delivery.
- Follow up on order status and proactively communicate any risks or schedule changes to customers.
4. Business Development and Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in Japan and Korea.
- Identify new business opportunities and propose appropriate sales strategies.
- Prepare sales reports, market analyses, and business presentations for both customers and management.
5. Customer Support and Issue Resolution
- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve quality, delivery, or technical issues efficiently.
- Build customer confidence through prompt communication and professional problem-solving.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction while protecting the company's business interests.
[Job Requirements]
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in international sales, account management, or project management in the electronics, display, or related industries.
3. Proven experience in:
- Developing new customers in the Japanese and/or Korean markets.
- Managing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinating customer meetings and preparing presentation materials.
- Managing customer forecasts, production planning, and shipment coordination.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Business-level English proficiency (spoken and written) is required.

1. Business-level Korean or Japanese language proficiency will be considered a strong advantage.
2. Experience working with multinational customers.
3. Experience in the display, electronics, or component manufacturing industries.
4. Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
