1. Education and training: insurance product education and training, product sales skills teaching

2. Business coaching: product marketing skills drill and marketing staff assistance Guide

3. Administrative assistance: Assist marketing staff in handling note preservation and promotion of various specifications

4. Course planning: Have the ability to develop sales courses and make lesson plans

5. Accompany marketers to help close policy transactions through phone calls or on-site visits
