Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director based in Songshang District. The Sales Director will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, developing and overseeing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. The role also involves leading sales operations, managing a team of sales professionals, and identifying new business opportunities to expand market presence. The ideal candidate will focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets, while ensuring customer satisfaction and team alignment with company goals.

  • Proven skills in Team Management and mentoring sales teams to achieve high performance
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to maintain and strengthen client relationships

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment
  • Experience in the technology industry or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Familiar with Investment Product selling process is a plus
