- Commercial Leadership & P&L Ownership
- Own and deliver annual revenue, profit, and market share targets across all traditional retail channels
- Drive sustainable growth while optimizing margin and channel mix
- Develop short-term execution plans and long-term growth strategies
- Channel & Route-to-Market Strategy
- Define and optimize route-to-market (RTM) strategy across different retail formats
- Develop channel-specific strategies (e.g., hypermarkets, supermarkets, club, traditional)
- Identify growth opportunities across product portfolio, pricing, and distribution
- Key Account Management
- Build and manage strategic relationships with major retail partners
- Lead annual negotiations and Joint Business Planning (JBP)
- Drive category growth with key customers through data-driven insights
- Team Leadership & Organization Development
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales organization (Key Account, Field Sales, Trade Marketing)
- Set clear KPIs and performance management systems
- Build a strong talent pipeline and succession planning
- Experience in multinational companies (FMCG, consumer goods, durable goods, or related industries)
- Exposure to omnichannel or e-commerce integration is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in driving business transformation or turnaround
