Sales Director

About the role

As part of our client's public sector practice, you'll own and grow relationships across government agencies, statutory boards, and public institutions. You'll work closely with pre-sales architects and delivery teams to craft solutions that make a real difference — from digital transformation and cloud modernisation to cybersecurity and data analytics. This isn't transactional selling. It's consultative, strategic, and deeply rewarding.

What you'll do

You'll identify and develop new business opportunities across Singapore's public sector landscape, manage complex sales cycles from pipeline to close, and build long-term partnerships with senior government stakeholders. You'll also collaborate with our regional and global teams to bring the best of our capabilities to every engagement.

What we're looking for

We'd love to hear from you if you have a strong track record in IT solution sales to Singapore government agencies, a solid understanding of GeBIZ procurement processes, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments with confidence.

Experiences in selling applications and managed services, or digital transformation projects is a strong plus. Most importantly, you're someone who builds trust, thinks long-term, and takes pride in winning the right way.
