We are partnering with a fast growing international beauty brand to appoint a Sales Director in Taiwan. This is a confidential search for a senior commercial leader to drive the next phase of growth across Taiwan's key retail channels.

Our client is a fast growing international beauty brand with strong traction across Southeast Asia and rapidly expanding into new markets. The brand is recognized for its science backed products, strong digital capabilities, and ability to scale quickly across both e commerce and offline retail.
With increasing investment in Taiwan, the company is focused on accelerating growth in Modern Trade and building strong, long term partnerships with leading retailers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and define Modern Trade strategy across Taiwan with full ownership of channel performance
- Own P&L across key accounts and drive sustainable revenue growth
- Lead joint business planning and commercial execution with major retailers including Watsons, Cosmed, POYA, Carrefour and PX Mart
- Build strong relationships with buyers and key decision makers across retail groups
- Drive distributor strategy to ensure strong in store execution and sell out performance
- Lead and develop a high performing sales team and build scalable processes for growth
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in Modern Trade or Sales within FMCG or beauty industry
- Strong hands on experience managing key accounts such as Watsons, Cosmed, POYA, Carrefour or PX Mart
- Deep understanding of Taiwan HABA and Modern Trade landscape
- Experience working with distributors and managing complex channel structures
- Strong commercial acumen with ownership of revenue targets and business outcomes
- Fluent in Mandarin and English

主要職責
- 負責制定並執行台灣現代通路整體策略,全面掌控通路績效
- 負責重點客戶的損益管理並推動業績成長
- 與主要通路夥伴如 Watsons、Cosmed、POYA、Carrefour 及 PX Mart 進行年度計畫與商業合作
- 建立並維繫與各大零售體系採購及決策者的關係
- 制定經銷商策略,確保門市陳列與銷售表現
- 帶領並發展高績效銷售團隊,建立可擴展的營運模式
職務需求
- 具備FMCG或美妝產業現代通路或銷售管理經驗
- 具備操作 Watsons、Cosmed、POYA、Carrefour 或 PX Mart 等重點客戶經驗
- 熟悉台灣HABA與現代通路市場
- 具備經銷商管理及複雜通路操作經驗
- 具備高度商業敏銳度及業績導向
- 具備中英文溝通能力
