What You'll Do

Role

Business Development & Sales Leadership

  • Own regional revenue growth and pipeline development across Asia Pacific
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with ODMs, OEMs, hyperscalers (CSPs), and data center operators
  • Drive early‑stage customer engagement to influence system architecture and cooling design decisions
  • Lead complex sales cycles from first technical engagement through design win, qualification, and volume production
  • Develop and execute regional go‑to‑market and account strategies aligned with global commercial priorities

Technical Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Act as the primary commercial interface for cold plate and CDU solutions, partnering closely with engineering and applications teams
  • Translate customer thermal, mechanical, and system requirements into viable technical and commercial proposals
  • Support design reviews, technical workshops, and on‑site customer engagements
  • Influence customer roadmaps through deep understanding of data center, server, and thermal architecture trends
  • Ensure customer feedback informs product roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives

Strategic Account & Partner Management

  • Build senior‑level relationships across customer engineering, sourcing, and executive leadership
  • Coordinate with global and regional partners, suppliers, and ecosystem participants as required
  • Support contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and commercial terms in collaboration with finance and legal teams

Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Align closely with Country GM on regional priorities and execution
  • Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer and global sales leadership to ensure consistency in strategy, messaging, and process
  • Work with operations and supply chain teams to support customer ramps and ensure delivery readiness
  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting of pipeline, bookings, and revenue

Required

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or technical sales within data center infrastructure, thermal solutions, hardware systems, or related technologies
  • Proven success selling into ODM, OEM, CSP, or hyperscale data center customers in Asia Pacific
  • Strong understanding of liquid cooling technologies, including cold plates, CDUs, or adjacent thermal management solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead long, technically complex sales cycles and secure design wins
  • Experience operating in a matrixed organization with both regional and global stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Asia Pacific region

Preferred

  • Engineering background (Mechanical, Thermal, Electrical, or related discipline)
  • Prior experience supporting server, AI/accelerator platforms, or high‑density data center environments
  • Established relationships within Taiwan‑based ODMs and regional hyperscalers

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage both technical and business leaders
  • Highly analytical and strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity in fast‑evolving technology markets
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency strongly preferred
