Your Job

Molex is seeking a Sales Development Representative to manage mass market customers/distributors to achieve sustainable & profitable growth and position Molex as preferred supplier.

Our Team

The Sales Development Group focuses on managing major ODM customers and distributors in Taiwan to drive sustainable and profitable growth while positioning Molex as the preferred supplier. We collaborate with worldwide account managers to maximize the allocation and share. Additionally, we collect and share competitor and market intelligence to support informed strategic decisions across the organization.

What You Will Do (Job Description)

  • Maximize Molex share through collaboration with worldwide account managers.
  • Ensure Molex share by managing existing projects and new transfer-in business
  • Collect competitor intelligence of general market and share with division & other teams
  • Review RFQs and conduct periodic business reviews, including price collaborations with worldwide account managers and business awards.
  • Track major project status and manage forecast then upload ZAPO, work with planning team/plant for supply/capacity Support
  • Coordinate PCN, QN, and environmental documents. Review of SPA price and POS record to protect Molex profit, mitigate AR and tariff related issues with Finance team
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business or Marketing
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to respond quickly to a fast-moving and changing environment.
  • Work Experience in connector and cable design and manufacture
  • Excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills to anticipate, plan, prioritize and self-monitor workload, interpersonal skills to effectively work with co-workers & external contacts to respond positively to situations.

What Will Put You Ahead


  • Ability to learn quickly and prioritize appropriately to meet customer and company needs.
  • Strong skills in data analysis using MS Office products.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Fluent in Mandarin & English
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
