About The Role

As part of our ongoing sales team transformation and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for 2026, Edenred Taiwan is seeking an innovative and data-driven AI-Augmented Sales Development Representative (SDR).

In this role, you will be the critical bridge between marketing and sales, responsible for maximizing the impact of our B2B2E digital voucher product. You will not only qualify inbound/outbound marketing leads but also pilot and optimize cutting-edge AI SDR tools (e.g., Qualified.com). You will train your AI team member to ensure maximum efficiency and deliver a pipeline of high-quality opportunities that meets business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Tool Optimization & Management: Work with management team to optimize CAC. Configure, manage, and continuously fine-tune AI SDR platforms (such as Qualified.com). Design conversational playbooks, perform prompt engineering, and execute A/B testing to optimize greeting messages, qualification questions, and routing logic.
  • Lead Qualification & Conversion: Efficiently evaluate and qualify marketing leads using established frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC). Understand the specific pain points of enterprise clients in employee benefit.
  • Human-in-the-Loop Hand-offs: Monitor AI-driven conversations in real-time. Seamlessly intervene when the AI encounters complex inquiries or when a high-value prospect demonstrates strong intent, skillfully guiding them to the next stage (e.g., registration and booking a demo).
  • Funnel Analysis & Data Integrity: Analyze conversation logs in end-to-end lead to opportunity process and funnel drop-off rates to identify friction points. Provide actionable feedback to the marketing team to refine target audiences. Ensure all lead data and activities are accurately recorded and updated in the CRM.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Lead Conversion Rate: Increase the percentage of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) that convert into sales-qualified opportunities.
  • Qualified Opportunities Pipeline: Achieve targeted numbers of high-quality, qualified opportunities handed over to Business Development Manager (BDs) and Account Manager(AMs).
  • AI playbook quality, cross-functional collaboration, insights generation, and ownership in driving optimization initiatives

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, MarTech, or a Revenue Operations (RevOps) role.
  • Proven experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation/chatbot tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data dashboards and translate them into actionable workflow improvements.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling sales scripts and handle objections smoothly.
  • Agile, tech-savvy, and highly adaptable to new software and AI-driven workflows.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and professional proficiency in English.
