Key Responsibilities
- Sales Data Analytics & Insights
- Analyze sales performance metrics, customer behavior, and market trends to provide strategic recommendations.
- Develop predictive models to enhance sales forecasting, demand planning, and pricing strategies.
- Identify key growth opportunities through data segmentation and trend analysis.
- Performance Optimization & Business Intelligence
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for real-time sales tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales efficiency and revenue growth strategies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions, campaigns, and pricing strategies using data-driven insights.
- Process Automation & Reporting
- Implement data automation tools to streamline sales reporting and analytics processes.
- Enhance CRM and data management systems to improve data accuracy and accessibility.
- Standardize KPIs and reporting structures across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience & Education
- 5+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or data insights roles.
- Experience in the Taiwan e-commerce industry is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
