Sales Cost Analyst

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze product costs and quotations for RFQ, NPI, and Mass Production (MP) projects.
• Conduct quarterly price reviews and prepare PPV / Cost Variance reports for MP products.
• Perform Gross Profit (GP) analysis and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Monitor component costs, supplier quotations, customer pricing, and manufacturing cost changes.
• Collaborate with Procurement and cross-functional teams to validate costs and maintain accurate product cost data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years of relevant experience in cost analysis, product costing, or related functions.
• Familiar with product cost structures, such as Material Cost, BOM Cost, Standard Cost, and Cost Variance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and other data analysis functions.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and good cross-functional communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, ODM, or OEM is a plus.
• Familiarity with RFQ, NPI, PPV, and Gross Profit analysis is preferred.
