With our exponential growth, we&aposre seeking a Sales Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our global brand team.The principal objective of the Sales Coordinator is to process orders, reply customers daily inquiry, manage RMA issues to enable the global Sales Team to successfully fulfill, track and execute orders.
What you&aposll do
1. Distributor & Subsidiary Communication
- Handle daily communication and requests from distributors or subsidiaries.
- Assist in maintaining the relationship between the company and distributors.
- Draw up requested agreement or announcement for Sales purpose.
2. Order & Inventory Management
- Order processing, including shipping window, loading plan, vessel schedule, and spare parts quotation.
- Monitor inventory level for subsidiaries to ensure the demand is fully fulfilled.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain team to optimize inventory levels.
- Work with Product Management team for order note instruction (manual translation, labels, etc.).
3. Financial & Administrative Support
- Financial issues, such as payment follow-up, credit limit management, and audit arrangement.
- Maintain data integrity and consistency for cross-department communication and document filing.
- Handle assignment from supervisors.
4. Product & Marketing Support
- RMA claims and product-related enquiry.
- Coordinate with Product Management team to ensure items meet official regulation and distributor requests.
- Marketing support for samples, giveaways, and material arrangement.
What you&aposll bring
- 1-3 years of work experience in a relevant field.
- Language: Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English required
- Excellent interpersonal and business negotiation skills.
- Confident IT user and a critical thinker who is capable of working within timeline and budgets, and as a creative and analytical team player.
- Strong multi-tasker being able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with distributors and internal departments to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work overtime as business needs warrant.
