Position: Sales Coordinator Taiwan
Location: Taiwan
Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support sales operations, customer coordination, and business development activities in Taiwan for our industrial products and solutions.
This role focuses on sales coordination, key account support, order management, and internal communication with regional HQ, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities and high service levels for customers.
The position is suitable for candidates with experience in B2B industrial sales support, customer coordination, and cross-functional communication.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
a) Sales Coordination & Key Account Support
Support assigned key accounts and sales activities in Taiwan
Coordinate quotations, orders, delivery schedules, and customer inquiries
Maintain accurate sales records, pricing, and customer data
Assist in monitoring sales performance against targets
b) Business Development Support
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential customers
Support new product introductions and market adaptation activities
Collect market feedback, customer requirements, and competitor information
Prepare regular sales and business development updates for regional HQ
c) Order Management & Operations Coordination
Coordinate closely with regional HQ, factories, and logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment
Track order status and proactively communicate updates to customers
Support demand planning and sales forecasting activities
Ensure proper documentation for shipments and sales transactions
d) Reporting & Internal Communication
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and KPI summaries
Participate in regular online meetings with regional and HQ teams
Maintain clear and timely communication between customers, sales, and internal teams
e) Administrative & Sales Support
Support sales-related administrative tasks and documentation
Assist with contract, pricing, and internal approval processes
Ensure compliance with company procedures and reporting requirements
Working Hours & Leave
Full-time position in accordance with Taiwan local labor regulations
Standard working hours, with flexibility for occasional meetings with regional teams
Annual leave and public holidays as per Taiwan labor law and local public holiday calendar
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B sales coordination or sales support, preferably in industrial or manufacturing-related industries
Strong communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented with good organizational ability
Comfortable working with regional / international teams
