Job Description

  • Handle order processing documents
  • Provide admin support to the sales team (Scheduling/Data Entry)
  • Handle LC documents for bank submission
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth deliveries
  • Assist with planning, coordination and internal training events
  • Submit monthly reports to Accounts Department
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min Certificate in Business Admin
  • Min 1-2 years experience doing Sales Coordinator role
  • 5 days work week (Mon to Fri (830am - 530pm)
  • Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
  • Salary: Up to $3000
  • Able to start work within short notice
