Responsibilities:

  1. Receive and coordinate customer orders from clients and the sales team, ensuring accuracy and smooth processing.
  2. Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Accompany the sales team to client meetings and provide Thai-Chinese / Chinese-Thai interpretation during business discussions and negotiations.
  4. Present and introduce products to customers, clearly communicating key features and benefits.
  5. Prepare quotations, sales reports, and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  6. Plan and support marketing and promotional activities to enhance sales opportunities.
  7. Prepare and manage marketing tools and materials, with a strong focus on Chinese-language content.
  8. Perform other assigned duties to support overall sales objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  2. Strong proficiency in spoken, written, and reading Chinese (HSK Level 4 or above preferred).
  3. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination is an advantage.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Positive attitude, honest, punctual, and able to work effectively under pressure.
  6. Energetic personality with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
  7. Able to commute using a private vehicle (company transportation not provided).
