SALES CONSULTANT, AI EDUCATION (B2C)

Responsibilities:

• Guide Parents: Have insightful conversations to understand a parent's goals for their child's future and their concerns about the digital world.
• Demonstrate Value: Clearly articulate the unique benefits of our specialized AI course-showing how it teaches kids to apply AI in creative, ethical, and practical ways for school, projects, and future careers.
• Match Students: Help parents see how our course is the key to unlocking their child's potential, making complex technology both accessible and exciting.
• Nurture Relationships: Manage the journey from initial interest to enrollment, building trust and becoming a reliable resource for parents.
• Champion Our Families: Be the voice of our parents, providing feedback to ensure our course continues to meet the needs of tomorrow's innovators.

Requirements:

• Experience in B2C sales, consultative selling, or coaching, ideally in education, extracurricular activities, or services for families. (A plus)
• A basic understanding of AI's potential and a passion for explaining its real-world applications in a way that excites and reassures parents.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Cantonese (essential for building trust and explaining details to Hong Kong parents and guardians).
• A patient and consultative approach. You're a natural at listening to concerns and providing clear, confident answers.
