Support sales compliance and market conduct monitoring to ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance.

Review compliance documentation, customer feedback, and investigation cases.

Handle and respond to enquiries from internal stakeholders.

Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and new product launches.

Assist with compliance audits, process improvements, and AI-related initiatives.

Participate in ad hoc compliance reviews and projects.

Identify compliance risks and recommend appropriate actions.

Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
