About the Role We're looking for a hands-on professional who can drive both sales growth and project delivery in a fast-moving startup environment. You'll lead customer engagement from first contact to successful implementation, bridging business development and project management to ensure smooth execution and long-term client success. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development . Identify and develop new business opportunities in target regions or verticals. . Manage key accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships. . Lead the full sales cycle - from prospecting, proposal to negotiation and closing. . Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies. Key Account & Territory Management . Manage pipelines and forecasts using CRM (e.g., MS Dynamics 365) or project management tools. . Plan and execute regional business development activities or events. . Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Project Management . Lead post-sales project execution and ensure on-time delivery. . Define project scope, schedule, and resources manage progress and risks. . Coordinate between customers, internal teams, and partners. . Prepare reports and post-project reviews for continuous improvement. Qualifications . 5-8 years of experience in B2B business development or project management (Cybersecurity, Software, or Operational Technology sectors preferred). . Technical understanding or software product familiarity. . Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills. . Able to manage multiple projects and priorities independently. . Proficient in project tools. . Fluent in English and Mandarin preferred. Nice to Have . Startup experience or regional expansion exposure. . PMP, or equivalent project management certification. . Hands-on experience driving software integration into OEM or bundle offerings, including technical alignment, partner onboarding, and field enablement. . Background in building or supporting appliance-based or software-centric solutions, including hardware-software integration, release readiness, and compatibility validation. . Effective at tracking cross-functional project milestones, managing risks/requirements, and coordinating stakeholder updates to ensure successful delivery across OEM What We Offer .
