About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to grow our dairy business within the foodservice sector.

You should have strong industry connections, solid dairy product knowledge, and a proven ability to secure new accounts and generate sales quickly.

Our dairy product range includes butter, whipping cream, fresh milk, UHT milk, yogurt and sour cream.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business within the foodservice market

• Secure and grow key customer accounts

• Leverage existing relationships to generate sales opportunities

• Promote dairy products to bakeries, cafés, hotels, restaurants, central kitchens, distributors and food manufacturers

• Conduct customer visits, product presentations and commercial negotiations

• Achieve sales targets and deliver revenue growth

• Identify market trends and new business opportunities

• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, product supply and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

• Strong sales or business development experience in dairy products, food ingredients or foodservice distribution

• Must have an established customer network and proven business development experience within the foodservice/HORECA sector, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries and central kitchens.

• Proven track record in securing new accounts and achieving sales targets

• Good knowledge of dairy applications in bakery, beverages, desserts, hospitality and food manufacturing

• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills

• Commercially driven, independent and results-oriented

• Able to generate business opportunities within a short period
