【Role Purpose】
Lead sales and drive strategic growth within Taiwan's high-value Semiconductor and Defense sectors. This dual-focus role requires a data-driven sales expert with established local networks to:
- Identify and secure high-value opportunities within local fabrication equipment OEMs and defense research institutes.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to long-term key account growth.
【Key Responsibilities】
1. Business Development & Market Expansion (Taiwan Focus)
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and engage with potential customers in Taiwan's semiconductor equipment (Front-end/Back-end), facility system integration, and automation supply chains.
- Defense Sector Growth: Cultivate long-term strategic partnerships within Taiwan's domestic defense projects, including government research institutes and local defense contractors.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize market intelligence and data analytics (e.g., Fab expansion schedules, government defense tenders) to formulate precise Go-to-Market strategies and sales forecasting.
2. Key Account Management & Consultative Sales
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, maintaining high-level trust with procurement, R&D, and project management decision-makers.
- Technical Consultation: Partner with internal R&D and engineering teams to provide tailored interconnect solutions for specialized requirements, such as vacuum processes, high-power transmission, or EMI/RFI shielding.
- Pipeline Management: Use a data-centric approach (CRM) to manage the sales funnel, tracking conversion efficiency and ensuring revenue targets are consistently met.
3. Internal & Global Collaboration
- HQ Liaison: Synthesize Taiwan local market trends and technical feedback into quantifiable data to help Global HQ define next-generation products.
- Cross-cultural Synergy: Navigate complex corporate structures and collaborate effectively across diverse backgrounds to ensure global strategies are executed with local precision.
【Requirements】
1. Industry Experience & Connections
- Sales Track Record: 5–8+ years of proven Sales or Business Development experience within the Taiwan Semiconductor or Defense industries.
- Local Network (Mandatory): A strong, demonstrable track record of direct engagement and established relationships with local Taiwan OEMs or defense research organizations (e.g., NCSIST).
- Technical Familiarity: Knowledge of Box Build, System Integration (SI), or high-speed interconnect solutions is highly preferred.
2. Language Skills
- English: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (Mandatory).
- Chinese (Mandarin): Strong proficiency for effective communication with local clients and internal HQ (Strong Plus).
- European Languages: Proficiency in German, French, or Spanish is a significant advantage (Preferred).
