Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Explore and develop new business opportunities in Singapore and international markets to achieve sales growth and business objectives.
  • Support business development initiatives across international markets and other strategic target regions.
  • Serve as the Key Account Manager for strategic clients, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction for recurring business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliversales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
  • Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and project bidding activities to secure new projects.
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, and project management teams to develop solutions and execution plans that meet client requirements.
  • Support tender submissions,pre-qualification applications, and business proposals.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on client enquiries, quotations, and business opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify opportunities from upcoming tenders, capital projects, plant expansions, and facility upgrades.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or arelated field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development,sales, or key account management within the engineering, industrial, or construction sector.
  • Proven track record in securing projects and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with tender submissions and contract negotiations is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel locally and overseas as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
