Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and high-quality customer service, building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Support daily store operations, including merchandising and inventory management
- Promote brand image and enhance overall customer shopping experience
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail or sales is preferred (high-potential candidates will also be considered)
- Strong communication skills, customer-focused mindset, and team spirit
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Cantonese is required basic English and Mandarin are an advantage
