Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Sales Associate to join our mono-brand boutique. This is a mid-level role suited for someone who is hungry to grow, passionate about watches, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Drive sales performance by achieving key KPIs such as revenue, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), and conversion rates
  • Deliver personalised, engaging customer experiences that reflect the brand's DNA
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Present Swiss watchmaking concepts, products, and brand stories confidently to clients

CRM & Clienteling

  • Manage and develop client portfolio using CRM systems to enhance client engagement
  • Execute CRM activities including follow-ups, segmentation, and outreach campaigns to support client retention and acquisition
  • Apply structured clienteling techniques to deepen customer loyalty

Events & Brand Activation

  • Collaborate with Marketing to co-plan and support boutique and external events
  • Assist with guest list curation, client outreach, and on-site client engagement during events
  • Drive customer interaction and conversion during events
  • Support post-event follow-ups and integrate results into CRM

Reporting & Commercial Support

  • Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to track boutique progress
  • Monitor KPIs and customer trends to inform boutique strategies
  • Provide customer feedback and market insights to management for continuous improvement

Operations & Boutique Support

  • Support daily boutique operations including stock handling and visual merchandising
  • Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards in all boutique activities
  • Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks to maintain boutique performance

Required competencies and certifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in luxury retail
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and clienteling practices at basic to intermediate levels
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English to liaise with English-speaking stakeholders and customers
  • Willingness to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to participate in events as required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Strong interest in watches, craftsmanship, and storytelling
  • Exposure to retail events or client activations
  • Ability to communicate in additional languages, which is advantageous for client engagement
