Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement
- Drive sales performance by achieving key KPIs such as revenue, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), and conversion rates
- Deliver personalised, engaging customer experiences that reflect the brand's DNA
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Present Swiss watchmaking concepts, products, and brand stories confidently to clients
CRM & Clienteling
- Manage and develop client portfolio using CRM systems to enhance client engagement
- Execute CRM activities including follow-ups, segmentation, and outreach campaigns to support client retention and acquisition
- Apply structured clienteling techniques to deepen customer loyalty
Events & Brand Activation
- Collaborate with Marketing to co-plan and support boutique and external events
- Assist with guest list curation, client outreach, and on-site client engagement during events
- Drive customer interaction and conversion during events
- Support post-event follow-ups and integrate results into CRM
Reporting & Commercial Support
- Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to track boutique progress
- Monitor KPIs and customer trends to inform boutique strategies
- Provide customer feedback and market insights to management for continuous improvement
Operations & Boutique Support
- Support daily boutique operations including stock handling and visual merchandising
- Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards in all boutique activities
- Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks to maintain boutique performance
Required competencies and certifications
- 2-5 years of experience in luxury retail
- Proficiency in CRM systems and clienteling practices at basic to intermediate levels
- Ability to communicate effectively in English to liaise with English-speaking stakeholders and customers
- Willingness to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to participate in events as required
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong interest in watches, craftsmanship, and storytelling
- Exposure to retail events or client activations
- Ability to communicate in additional languages, which is advantageous for client engagement
