Hours

This role operates on Eastern Time (EST), as the company is based in the United States. While many of our clients are located internationally, candidates should be comfortable working EST hours and coordinating across multiple time zones as needed.

Responsibilities

Conduct video calls with clients, respond to email communications, onboard new customers, and support the execution of client marketing campaigns. This role also involves ongoing client coordination, ensuring smooth delivery of services and a high-quality client experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant will lead B2B sales initiatives by identifying business opportunities, building long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing key client accounts, generating and following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves collaborating with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align sales efforts with company goals.

Expected Start Time

We expect you to begin before the end of May.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Assistant based in Kaohsiung City, with the flexibility of partial remote work. In this role, the Sales Assistant will support the sales team in achieving targets by handling client communications, assisting with coordination and scheduling, conducting market research, and engaging with customers to understand their needs. The Sales Assistant will also maintain sales records, help prepare presentations and proposals, and ensure customer queries are addressed efficiently.

  • Located in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
  • Ability to work nights

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Proven experience in Sales and a goal-oriented approach
  • Exceptional Organization Skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in administrative tools and CRM software is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and adapt to team dynamics
  • Experience in B2B sales and business growth strategies is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
