Sales and Plant Operation Director

3. Lead factory operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
4. Drive strategic initiatives to expand market presence both domestically and potentially across SEA.
5. Manage procurement, logistics, and supply chain processes for operational excellence.
6. Provide strong leadership to the team, instilling a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
7. Collaborate closely with technical teams to deepen industry knowledge and technical understanding in chemical coatings.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field MBA is a plus.
2. Extensive network in the industrial coating sector for business expansion.
3. Over 10 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, factory management, or related roles within the chemical or coating industries.
4. Demonstrated success in P&L oversight and strategic planning.
5. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills in English.
6. Experience in logistics and procurement management.
7. Proven track record of business expansion, ideally including overseas markets in Southeast Asia.
8. Resilient and adaptable, capable of navigating challenging business periods.
9. Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.
