Job Description
Job Summary
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Identify new opportunities, manage campaigns, and lead the team to achieve company goals while monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve defined business targets
- Identify and acquire new customers by exploring potential business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support customer retention and satisfaction
- Manage sales and marketing campaigns, promotions, and activities to increase brand awareness and sales
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to inform strategic decisions
- Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to meet or exceed company objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant sales and marketing experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills demonstrated through team management and client engagement
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and sales strategies applied in campaign management
- Ability to meet targets and work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting
