Reporting to the head of business unit/ sales director, involved in setting sales budgets and forecast activities for calibration services.
Manage budgets aligning to the operational requirement to meet sales targets.
Identify new customers and business opportunities, including supporting respective area sales managers with new and existing customers.
Support sales to address enquiries of technical topics and resolving issues.
Maintaining strong relationships with customers and industry partners.
Lead in the company's marketing efforts.
Maintain good knowledge of industry and WIKA's calibration technology products and calibration services development, particularly in pressure, temperature, humidity, electrical, dimensional, mechanical and possible future expansions.
Support in providing quotation, order processing activities and etc.
Develop methods to increase the capabilities of the lab and improve the productivity of the lab operations.
Lead and manage site calibration opportunities and operations.
Lead and ensure lab operations meet scheduling needs by allocating appropriate resources while maintaining quality targets.
Coordinate with Quality Department on ensure adherence to the QMS requirement.
Ensuring high level of safe work practices in the lab and site operations.
Perform multi-level calibration training to internal departments.
Perform internal audits related to ISO17025 and ISO9001.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in Engineering/ Business with at least 5 years related experience in calibration/ service industry.
Have a can-do mentality.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Experience as approved signatory in mechanical, temperature, electrical and other calibration scopes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Good Team Player.
Class 3 driving license. With own vehicle is an added advantage.
