Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Account Manager located in Taipei City. The Sales and Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and generating leads for business growth. Day-to-day tasks will include account management, communication with clients, addressing customer service inquiries, and supporting sales efforts to achieve business targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure exceptional client experiences
  • Proven experience in Account Management and ability to maintain and develop long-term client relationships
  • Effective communication skills to clearly and professionally interact with clients and internal teams
  • Experience in Lead Generation and ability to identify and pursue business opportunities
  • Ability to work on-site in Taipei City and collaborate effectively with the team
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and self-motivation
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Knowledge of the hardware or manufacturing industry is a plus
