Prepare sales quotations, PowerPoint proposals, sales orders, and other supporting documents for pre-sales and after-sales services.
Assist the Sales Team with tender submissions and related sales support materials.
Handle technical enquiries and communicate with suppliers on matters such as tax, certificates, custom-made products, and special item pricing.
Liaise closely with internal teams and suppliers to follow up on required actions.
Prepare documents for the Finance Team to create job numbers, including profit sheets and award forms.
Prepare documents for the Operations Team for purchase order submission.
Coordinate project handover to the Project Team when necessary.
Provide administrative and commercial support, as assigned by the Department Head.
about you.
Diploma holder or above.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in sales administration, customer service, or enquiry handling.
Strong common sense, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
