about this job.

  • Prepare sales quotations, PowerPoint proposals, sales orders, and other supporting documents for pre-sales and after-sales services.

  • Assist the Sales Team with tender submissions and related sales support materials.

  • Handle technical enquiries and communicate with suppliers on matters such as tax, certificates, custom-made products, and special item pricing.

  • Liaise closely with internal teams and suppliers to follow up on required actions.

  • Prepare documents for the Finance Team to create job numbers, including profit sheets and award forms.

  • Prepare documents for the Operations Team for purchase order submission.

  • Coordinate project handover to the Project Team when necessary.

  • Provide administrative and commercial support, as assigned by the Department Head.

about you.

  • Diploma holder or above.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in sales administration, customer service, or enquiry handling.

  • Strong common sense, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
