The Construction & Engineering Global Industry Unit (CEGIU) is focused exclusively on helping project-intensive businesses in key vertical Industries such as engineering and construction, public sector, aerospace and defence, utilities, oil and gas, manufacturing and high tech, IT Services, manage their entire project portfolio lifecycle, including projects of all sizes. It is estimated that projects totalling more than $9 trillion in value have been managed with CEGIU products/solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an assigned sales territory, responding to sales enquiries but also creating & closing new opportunities for CEGIU product / solution to reach a defined quota
- Existing Account Management working with some of the largest companies in the sales territory
- New Account development in the territory identifying prospective customer needs and developing innovative solutions based on CEGIU products / solutions to satisfy their requirements and meet/exceed their expectations
- Develop a collaborative environment with Oracle Alliance and Channel Partners, Field sales representatives & Telemarketing agents to drive revenue, maximise customer service & implement direct sales campaigns in the territory.
- Provide weekly accurate sales forecasts to Manager Define opportunity close plan for major opportunities
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 58 years experience in sales, account management, or business development ideally in software, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.
- Prior exposure to industries such as AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or project-based businesses preferred.
- Strong interest in learning project portfolio management, cloud solutions, or construction tech platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin.
- Self-starter, proactive, and motivated to build long-term client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
