Safety Officer

Responsibilities:

Implement Company Environmental, Health & Safety Management System, including EHS Manual, Procedures, Plans, and Work Instructions

Support both internal and external system audits and ISO45001 certification processes

Ensure sites comply with legal requirements, as well as internal policies and guidelines

Arrange and provide training to internal and external stakeholders

Organize and arrange safety and environmental promotion activities

Conduct regular inspections, recommend corrective and preventive actions for identified findings

Fulfill the duties as specified in Factory and Industrial Undertaking (Safety Officer and Safety Supervisor) Regulation

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
• Registered Safety Officer under F&IU (S.O./S.S.) Regulation Cap 59.Registered Safety Auditor is an advantage.
• 5 years of RSO experience, with at least 2 years in the Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) Industry; Experience with MTR and/or CLP is an advantage
• Able to work in night shift
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Safety Officer
