Assist in developing and executing the site-specific EHS management plan. Prepare Health & Safety budget.
Prepare monthly plan. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety laws, rules, and regulations.
Ability to control safety in the existing plant and construction.
Auditing, conducting safety observation and using information to drive continuous improvement.
Ensuring that there are suitable emergency procedures and equipment in place for dealing with emergencies such as fires and spillages.
Monitoring the investigation of accidents and reviewing accidents and statistics pertaining to such with the management so that corrective action may be applied and assessed for health safety and the environment.
Provide training and education to employees and contractors on safety best practices and emergency response procedures.
Ensure that site is a safe workplace, safe machine & equipment by working with all contractors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a safety officer or occupational health and safety role, preferably in the chemical plant / manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of Thai occupational health and safety regulations and best practices.
Knowledge of environmental impact assessment (EIA), SHE management system.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with employees at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and safety management software.
Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
Proficient in Thai and English, both written and verbal.
Can register asSafety officer in Professional level as Thai Law required.
