Overview
This role owns graphics card business planning and execution for the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region. Based at HQ, you will act as the key interface between HQ Business Unit and regional sales teams, and local offices, driving product planning, go-to-market execution, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own graphics card product planning for the EMEA region, covering volume, SKU mix, pricing, and lifecycle management.
- Drive accurate forecasting and inventory management to balance demand, supply, and channel health.
- Work closely with branch offices and field sales teams to achieve quantity, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Actively monitor sell-in, sell-out, sell-through, and inventory status, initiating corrective actions when gaps arise.
- Lead go-to-market planning in collaboration with Product and Marketing teams, including launch readiness, promotions, and channel programs.
- Ensure regional marketing activities are aligned with product strategy, target segments, and business objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and recommend adjustments to improve results.
- Track sales performance, inventory status, and competitor activities across EMEA.
- Provide structured market feedback and insights to HQ BU to influence future product and pricing strategies.
- Serve as the central coordination point between HQ, local offices, and field sales, ensuring consistent execution and clear communication.
- Establish regular review mechanisms with local offices to monitor business performance and execution quality.
