The Sales Controller (APAC) is a member of the Sales & Marketing Department. In this role, you will be responsible for summarizing and analyzing reports from various departments, evaluating data reasonableness, clarifying issues through cross-functional communication, and driving enhancements to our working processes and management mechanisms.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and reporting support to the APAC team
- Understand each departments working process and evaluate if all control points are reasonable
- Collect data, summarize information, clarify and resolve problems
- Manage issues escalated to the APAC team and coordinate internal HQ resources to address them
- Monitor and control marketing expenditure.
- Manage vendor funding, including tracking usage, claim status, and supporting documentation.
- Audit and review overseas office expenses.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager.
- Business background, finance and accounting preferred.
- Willing to think the cause & consequence, and willing to communicate with people.
