【Key Responsibilities】

• Define and own the mobile app vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics across iOS and Android.
• Translate user needs and backend capabilities into mobile product requirements, UX flows, and stable API contracts.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from PoC and Alpha/Beta through GA, app store release, and continuous improvement.
• Drive iOS/Android platform coordination, balancing feature parity with platform-specific UX and technical capabilities.
• Partner with design, backend, and engineering teams on mobile UX, accessibility, API integration, offline capability, performance, and reliability.
• Monitor user research, product analytics, customer feedback, and market trends to drive data-informed product decisions.
  
  

需求條件

• 5+years of mobile product management experience, including 2+ years shipping iOS and Android applications.
• 3+years managing the full product lifecycle from PoC and Alpha/Beta through GA and post-launch operations.
• Proven experience shipping at least two major mobile app releases to production.
• Strong knowledge of iOS and Android ecosystems, including Swift/SwiftUI, Kotlin/Jetpack, and mobile platform capabilities.
• Understanding of mobile constraints including battery, CPU, network latency, offline capability, caching, and synchronization.
• Familiarity with API design, mobile-backend integration, real-time communication, push notifications, and device services.
• Strong product and analytical skills, including requirements definition, user stories, acceptance criteria, analytics, user research, and usability testing.
• Proven ability to coordinate across iOS, Android, backend, design, platform, and QA teams.
• Understanding of enterprise networking fundamentals, including VLAN, QoS, wireless AP management, and network monitoring.
• Familiarity with managed app distribution, MDM, or enterprise security environments.
