Monitor and analyze global macroeconomic indicators, trends, and policies impacting the business environment
Develop economic forecasts and scenario models to support strategic planning and risk assessment
Translate macroeconomic insights into implications for company strategy, investments, and market positioning
Produce in-depth economic reports and briefings for executive leadership and cross-functional teams
Collaborate with finance, strategy, and external research partners to ensure consistent and informed decision-making
Guide and mentor members, building a high-performing team and fostering thought leadership

15+ years of professional experience in macroeconomic analysis, economic forecasting, or financial research.
Proven track record in leading economic research teams and delivering strategic insights.
Industry exposure in central banks, financial institutions, consulting, or corporate strategy is preferred.
Deep expertise in economic modeling, scenario planning, and time-series analysis.
Proficient in analytical tools and platforms including R, Python, EViews, Stata, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Skilled in synthesizing complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for decision-making.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect macroeconomic trends to business implications and strategy.
Excellent communication skillsable to present complex economic findings clearly to executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Experience publishing economic reports or presenting at internal and external forums is an advantage.
Capable of leading and mentoring high-performing analyst teams.
Collaborates effectively with strategy, finance, product, and executive teams to align economic insights with business goals.
